Payment methods and payment notice

We try to keep payments for our services as simple and safe as possible. For your convenience, we support several payment methods and kindly ask you to send a payment notice if you paid outside of our billing system.

This helps us find your payment faster, avoid delays in crediting it to your project and save time on email back-and-forth and manual search in bank statements.

Available payment methods

• Bank card or bank account transfer within a Ukrainian bank
• Wire transfer from your company’s business account
• International transfers using bank details we send on request
• Transfers via online banking and other services convenient for you
• If needed, we can agree on alternative payment options

The exact payment method is usually confirmed while we discuss your project. If you need an invoice, a contract or specific billing details — just let us know and we will prepare all the documents.

When you should send a payment notice

If you paid for our services outside of the billing system, for example via bank transfer to a card or by using your online banking, please fill in the form below.

• You paid using bank details received in our correspondence
• You used a regular bank transfer instead of built-in billing
• You paid from a company account and want the payment linked correctly to the project
• You sent multiple payments and need to specify which one is for what

Sending a payment notice saves time and reduces the risk that your payment will be lost among other transactions with similar amounts.
